All Inbound service has been suspended

. All customers will be unloaded at 125th Street. Outbound service has not been suspended.

All southbound trains that originate after 1000hrs will be terminated at Mt. Vernon East, Mt. Vernon West & Yonkers, trains will either deadhead to GCT or go back to their original destinatio

n.

As of 1018hrs. all train service in and out of GCT has been suspended.

As of 1030hrs, Suspending all service in and out of New York City. Grand Central Terminal and Operations Control Center are being evacuated

. Employees evacuated to Park Ave. and 41st St.

GCT Terminal is open for service for outbound service only at 1054hrs, all employees report back to G

CT ASAP.

At 1112hrs.

Code Red is now in effect, Situation Room is now open. Northbound service estimated to resume in about 20 minutes.

At 1159hrs, MT

A Police have a hold on all 4 tracks bet.CP26 & CP33 due to a suspicious package under the Tappan Zee Bridge. At 1147hrs. Northbound trains departed GCT for all 3 divisions.

As of 1249hrs., The block has been lifted on all tracks at Tarrytown and the hold has been lifted on the bridge at 138th Street.

As of 1500hrs., Saturday Sch. in effect in both directions. Southbound Trains will still be terminated at Mt. Vernon East & West and Yonkers then deadhead

to GCTafter being inspected at MO.

As of 1610hrs, southbound service into GCT has resumed. Southbound trains are no longer being insp

ected at MO. Saturday Sch. remains in effect. No revenue collections on trains departing GCT.

Suspicious package was found in New Haven and the New Haven Police Dept. are on the scene. It is not affecting service in New Haven at this time.
