diheragh|Team - I'm beginning to get calls from B&I cutomers to open local depot's for h/w. Working with Frank & Kevin Aspell. Priority process as follows - Fed's 1st, Hospitals 2nd, CAPS 3rd and P1 cases 4th. Tell customers -1/3

to open a P1 case requesting whatever h/w they need from the "local" NY/NJ depot for their back-up datacenters. After they open the case they will be serviced based on above priority list which you should tell them about. I asked TAC -2/3
